HEALTHY Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes!


This morning my kids wanted pancakes. I  decided to make this version packed with some fruit and protein! (It's gluten free too!)

Ingredients:
One ripe banana
Two eggs
1 Tablespoon nut butter
Chocolate chips to top (optional)

Directions:
Mash banana and blend well with eggs.  Add in peanut butter and combine as well as possible.

Cook over medium high heat, flip when bubbling.  Immediately too with a few chocolate chips so they melt and stick.
Enjoy sans syrup!
